Terms & Conditions
Please read through the terms and conditions on our website thoroughly before enrolling. When enrolling as a student of Santi Space Yoga and Wellness, you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out on Santi Space website www.santispacehk.com. T&C are subject to change from time to time, please follow the latest version on our website, thank you for your attention. (Last Updated 14th September 2023)
GENERAL
All purchases of services (classes, workshops, events) are non-refundable.
The schedule is subject to change from time to time without prior notice. Please check the online schedule for the most up-to-date schedule.
Payment must be made upon booking. No students will be permitted to sign-up for a class, workshop, or event as unpaid unless it is a free or donation based class. Unpaid classes or membership payments will be back-charged.
Validity of all package (trial and regular) will start on the first day of booked class, and the first class should be activated no later than one month from purchase date.
If there are remaining classes from the current package when you purchase a new package, you may transfer maximum of 5 classes to the new package before the current package expiry date.
Santi Space Yoga and Wellness is not responsible for your personal property that is lost, stolen or damaged before, during or after a yoga class or event.
You agree that you have been examined by a qualified medical practitioner within the past six months and have been found by such practitioner to be in good physical health and physically able to perform all yoga classes.
It is the responsibility of the student to notify teachers of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice.
Classes at Santi Space Yoga and Wellness may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.
You will follow all instructions given to you by Santi Space Yoga and Wellness teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.
Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits.
Santi Space Yoga and Wellness reserves the right to refuse entry.
INCLEMENT WEATHER ARRANGEMENT
Typhoon (T8+) and Black Rainstorm:
Studio will be closed. All Classes will resume two hours after warning signal lowered.
Typhoon (T1/T3) and Amber/Red Rainstorm
All classes remain unchanged.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY
Free cancellations 24 hours prior before class. Late cancellation will be fully charged, no exceptions.
All purchases of services (classes, workshops, events) are non-refundable.
PACKAGE EXTENSION POLICY
The package extension policy allows you to extend your expiration date in accordance with the following terms below. Please be conservative with your package purchase option if you feel that you will not be able to utilize all classes within the allotted time frame.
All extension requests must be submitted via WhatsApp 96028864.
Package must be current / active at the time of request. Previously expired packages are not eligible for reactivation / extension.
We will honor one extension per package (once per calendar year) for a minimum of one (1) month and a maximum of two (2) consecutive months.
The extension fee is $350/ month, $600/2 months, payable in full at the time of your request. Fees are non-refundable.
For Medical Extension/Freezes:
If you have a current class package and an extenuating injury or medical condition arises that prevents you from temporarily attending Santi Space Yoga and Wellness, you may extend/freeze your package(s) once per calendar year, for up to a maximum of 3 consecutive months, with an appropriate doctor’s note.
To initiate a medical extension/freeze, please WhatsApp your request and attach your doctor’s note to 96028864. The fees will be waived. The package will be marked inactive and cannot be used until a formal request to reactivate it is submitted via WhatsApp.
By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.
